This is not your average hat. Propper’s OCP Patrol Cap is not only sewn to meet military standards, but is also approved for use by the U.S. Army and Air Force. The term OCP began with the Army and the name ACU (Army Combat Uniform) is often used interchangeably with it. Airmen may hear it referred to as the Combat Utility Uniform in official guidance from the Air Force. Made from a tear-resistant nylon/cotton fabric blend with a water-repellent Quarpel treatment, this cap is designed to handle constant abuse in rough climates and in all weather conditions.
